QuirkArt will use reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated delivery date but will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay whatsoever caused. The risk of loss or damage to the products during transportation from whatever cause shall be borne by the carrier. Any loss or damage in transit should however be notified to QuirkArt in writing (email or letter) within (3) three days of receipt and we will then Arrange a RMA number for return.
Products shall be deemed accepted (3) three days after delivery. Before returning products, the buyer must notify QuirkArt of rejection and reasons therefore within such period.
Goods returned without prior notification and consent of QuirkArt will be liable to a 25% Restocking Fee. QuirkArt reserves the right to dispatch and invoice all or any of the items ordered by the buyer as soon as they are available and the buyer shall honour all invoices presented in respect of such deliveries in accordance with the settlement terms.
For local customers we provide our own delivery service using our own driver and vehicle. Outside our area delivery method will be via insured courier. Proof of Postage is always gained each order, so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to follow-up and resolve this. In the case of larger parcels the method used is Collect+. Again, coverage is in place to ensure that we are positioned to follow-up and resolve any delays or problems. Tracking Numbers are sent via email, upon dispatch of goods.
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit card or debit cards - using our online payment services Paypal.
Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy:
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a contact us service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask for more information before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. We guarantee to respond to your enquiry and let you know - we never leave our customers in the dark! Please do note that there can be slight variations in our items due to the handmade nature of our products.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason you may return them, please call and ask for a RMA Number within 7 working days from receipt of the order. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in un-used condition. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased minus a 25% restocking fee, any postage incurred will not be refunded. Please allow 30 days for refund. Earrings are not accepted as returns due to hygiene reasons, but do please contact us if there is a problem.

Faulty or damaged goods - All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit, should you receive your package in a damaged state, it is essential that you contact us within 3 days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.
Should you have any cause for complaint we want to know about it. We pride ourselves on dealing with and acting on ALL complaints or feedback - what you say and your views count and matter to us. Every complaint is dealt with fairly and effectively in the strictest confidence. Our company endeavours to respond to all complaints within three working days.

On rare occasions when we are unable to fullfil your order, mainly due to high demands, it is our company policy to try and source new stock ASAP. we will normally notify you within 24 hours - Stating the period of delay, offering you the option to continue with the order or cancel.
All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT - where applicable. Prices are correct at the point of publication - but will be subject to future changes. Any order placed at the point of price publication will be supplied at that price if stock is available. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are in effect from.
